Projects in the Past Five Years

• World Bank HIV/AIDS Prevention and Care Projects at National and state levels (Plateau, Oyo, Taraba, and Imo States).
• Department for International Development (DFID): for Institutional Capacity Strengthening CHAN 
• Partnership for Transforming Health Systems (PATHS): Facilitated Peer Participatory Rapid Health Appraisal And Action (PPRHAA) Project for health systems strengthening
• FHI/GHAIN HIV/AIDS Care support and PMTCT project in 6 sites
• Interfaith Project on HIV/AIDS and Reproductive health. Working with Muslim groups to promote prevention among faith communities
• Global Fund TB R5 phases 1 Project (National in all 36 States and FCT with CHAN as Prime.
• Nigeria Indigenous Capacity Building (NICaB) Project (USAID funded) in partnership with MSH.
• Christian AID HIV/AIDS Advocacy project in 2 States(closing out).
• Action Aid Nigeria HIV/AIDS Budget Tracking in Plateau State(closing out).
• EED Advocacy Project currently on going in 16 states and at National level.
• SuNMaP (Supporting National Malaria Program) campaign on roll back malaria through education and distribution of LLIN.
• CHAN-AIDS Relief HIV/AIDS transition project.

Achievement Over the years

• Pioneered major areas of healthcare development in Nigeria. These include PHC, Drug Revolving Fund, Wholistic health care and the training of Village health workers and Trained birth attendants.
• Through advocacy, CHAN has been able to leverage resources from GON at all levels. An increasing working relationship with GON
• Actively engaged in working with MIs for implementing comprehensive HIV/AIDS services.
• The fist indigenous organization to receive funding from USAID for comprehensive treatment, care and support services.
• CHAN pioneered decentralizing ART services at the PHC level through the NICaB project.
• Providing employment opportunities to over 50, 000 people of Nigeria.
