Job Summary
The volunteer will support CHAN’s programs and administrative functions, working closely with key departments to ensure effective communication, documentation, coordination, and service delivery. This opportunity offers valuable exposure to Nigeria’s healthcare and development sector and a chance to contribute meaningfully to CHAN’s mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and training activities

  • Support documentation and filing of program records and communications

  • Help draft and format letters, reports, and internal communications

  • Coordinate volunteer schedules and support logistics for field visits

  • Participate in stakeholder engagement and community health initiatives

  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications and Experience

  • OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or related fields

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute positively in a faith-based environment

Additional Information

  • This is an unpaid volunteer position

  • Certificate of volunteer service will be issued upon successful completion

  • Duration: 3–6 months (renewable based on performance and need)

  • Location: Abuja or other CHAN-affiliated centers across Nigeria
