The Christian Health Association of Nigeria (CHAN) is a national faith-based organization that coordinates and supports a network of Christian health facilities and programs across Nigeria. Established to promote the healing ministry of Christ, CHAN collaborates with member institutions to provide holistic, accessible, and quality healthcare services, particularly in underserved communities.

CHAN offers a range of services including:
